DIRECTORS Mr Richard Ryan He holds the directorship of several public and investment companies, and is the Chancellor of the Charles Darwin University. A recipient of the Australia Day Honours on three occasions, Mr Ryan has gained extensive experience in the management and directorship of firms such as The Camberwell Coal Joint Venture and the Northern Territory Treasury Corporation Advisory Board. Mr Ryan is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants, a Companion of the Australian Institution of Engineers and a Companion of the Institute of Management (UK). Mr Michael Flynn Mr Flynn holds the directorship of several private companies active in property management, property development, tourism and equity portfolio management, and has previously held directorships of the Darwin Port Corporation and several national industry bodies. Mr Flynn has extensive experience in road transport, distribution, heavy manufacturing and retailing, and in addition to establishing Darwin's first Shell Distributor, Flynn Petroleum, he owns Road Trains of Australia and Tristar Industries. Mr Joe Ewart Mr Ewart has extensive experience in investment banking and financial services, with a particular focus on mergers and acquisitions, strategic advisory assignments and capital markets transactions. He has held senior positions with firms such as Goldman Sachs JBWere, Deutsche Bank Securities, BT Alex.Brown and Bankers Trust Australia. Mr Ewart is currently a Managing Director in the investment banking division of Goldman Sachs JBWere. Mr Ewart holds a bachelor of economics degree (Sydney University), master of commerce degree (UNSW) and is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants and the Securities Institute of Australia. Mr Kim Ford Mr Ford is the Chief Executive Officer of CSM Group Limited. This appointment in December 2005 followed 10 years service in various management positions within the company, including the last 5 years as General Manager of CSM Technology. Prior to joining CSM, Mr Ford had a distinguished career in the Tourism and Hospitality industry. Mr Ford holds a Bachelor of Business Degree with a major in Information Technology and is a Fellow of the Australian Institute of Company Directors. He is actively involved in a range of community activities and is the current Chair of the Northern Territory Ministerial Advisory Board for Employment and Training. Mr David Knowles Mr Knowles joined the company in 1995 as General Manager, he was Chief Executive Officer from 1996 to 2004, and currently holds the position of Executive Manager, Sales and Marketing. He has had extensive experience both local and offshore acting in Account Director/ Project Manager/ Project Director role's. Over a thirty plus year time span Mr Knowles has worked at the highest levels of business, government and semi government authorities on complex and costly programmes that were mission critical to the organisations concerned. Companies worked with include Coca Cola, George Patterson Bates, Philip Morris, RJ Reynolds, GMH, CUB, AWB, Clemenger et al. Governments worked with include almost all Australian State Governments, the Australian Federal Government, particularly the Department of Defence, and the governments of Sarawak, Sabah, Philippines, Taiwan, Hong Kong and Malaysia. Mr Barrie Lambert Mr Lambert has over 20 years experience in finance roles across a number of industries, combined with several years in operations and general management. His career has involved senior roles with BHP, Coopers & Lybrand, Trusthouse Forte (UK), Merrill Lynch and from 1992 to 1998 as the Group Financial Controller for the successful reorganisation of The Adelaide Steamship Group. Most recently he was Vice President, General Manager for the e-commerce and direct mail business of Sephora (a division of Louis Vuitton), the largest specialty retailer of beauty products in the USA, based in San Francisco, where he was responsible for finance, e-commerce technology and content creation, call centre and fulfillment operations, marketing, business development and strategic planning. At Sephora he also held the roles of CFO and Operations Manager. Mr Lambert has a Bachelor of Arts (Accountancy) degree from the University of South Australia, is a qualified Chartered Accountant and has an MBA from the AGSM, University of Sydney.
